Shipping policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States): We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Lumina (Full-Body System): Due to its size and weight, Lumina ships via freight carrier and requires additional coordination for delivery. Our team will contact you directly after purchase to schedule delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

International Shipping: Not currently available. We are working on expanding to international markets — check back or contact us for updates.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Use of ML-Star devices is subject to the safety instructions, conditions of use, and warranty terms provided with each product and available on our Register Your Device page. ML-Star works only with manufacturers that are FDA-registered and that provide products meeting FDA Class I or Class II, 510(k)-exempt certification standards where applicable — which is what allows us to describe those specific products as "Medical Devices" on their respective product pages. Products not identified as FDA-classified on their product page are intended for general cosmetic and wellness use only.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ML-Creative Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
