ML-Star is a division and brand owned by ML-Creative Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a registered address at 12555 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 1114, North Miami, FL 33181.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Eligible ML-Star devices purchased directly from ML-Star receive automatic Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage. Devices purchased from an Authorized Reseller must be registered within 30 days after delivery to activate Limited Lifetime coverage. Otherwise, the Standard Limited Warranty applies. Product schedules, exclusions and complete terms apply.

This Warranty is not an insurance policy. Insurance, if applicable, does not expand warranty coverage or guarantee payment of a claim.

2. Conditions of Use

ML-Star devices are designed for cosmetic and wellness use and must be used strictly according to the instructions provided in the applicable user manual. The customer is responsible for reading the manual, respecting the safety warnings and contraindications specific to each device, and discontinuing use immediately if any adverse reaction, discomfort, or malfunction occurs.

ML-Star devices should not be used by individuals who are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, have photosensitivity, active skin conditions or infections in the treatment area, or any condition listed as a contraindication in the product manual. Devices should be kept out of reach of children and used only by adults or under adult supervision.

ML-Creative Group LLC and ML-Star are not liable for injury, damage, or unsatisfactory results arising from a failure to follow the product manual, use of the device by or on a person for whom it is contraindicated, use for a purpose other than its intended cosmetic/wellness use, or any modification or misuse of the device. Nothing in these Terms limits any right the customer may have under applicable consumer protection law.

3. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. ML-Star may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase or device registration applies. For any question about these Terms, your warranty, or a claim, please contact us via our Contact page.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ML-Creative Group LLC, doing business as ML-Star ("ML-Star," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit ml-star.com, purchase or evaluate products, submit a form, register a device, request support, apply to become a partner, or otherwise communicate with us.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify may process personal information as described in its own privacy notices and service terms. This Policy does not replace the privacy practices of third parties that you choose to use.

Depending on how you interact with ML-Star, we may collect the following categories of information:

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the site and similar technologies, from Shopify and other service providers, from Authorized Resellers or business partners where appropriate, and from publicly available or lawfully obtained business sources.

5. Device Registration, Warranty, and Support Information

We use device-registration and support information to verify eligibility, administer warranties, provide service, communicate safety or product information, maintain device and claim records, prevent fraud, improve products and support, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by payment-service providers. ML-Star may receive transaction details such as amount, status, billing contact, and limited payment-method information, but does not necessarily receive or store complete card credentials.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties that support ecommerce, hosting, payments, fraud prevention, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, email, text messaging, shipping, freight, installation, professional services, customer support, security, and legal compliance.

We may also disclose information:

• to Authorized Resellers, installers, carriers, service technicians, or business partners when needed to fulfill a transaction or request;
• to insurers, brokers, adjusters, legal advisers, investigators, service providers, or authorities where relevant to an incident or claim, without representing that a claim is covered by insurance;

• to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requests, or enforceable government demands; or
• with your direction or consent.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand use, measure performance, support security, and, where permitted, measure or personalize marketing. 9. Advertising, Sale, and Sharing

ML-Star does not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. 10. Email and Text Communications

We may send transactional communications about orders, delivery, registration, warranty, support, or requested consultations. Marketing email or text messages are sent only where permitted and may be withdrawn using the method provided in the message. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
