ML-Star works only with manufacturers that are FDA-registered and that provide products meeting FDA Class I or Class II, 510(k)-exempt certification standards where applicable — which is what allows us to describe those specific products as "Medical Devices" on their respective product pages. Products not identified as FDA-classified on their product page are intended for general cosmetic and wellness use only.

Products purchased directly on ml-star.com may be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Items purchased at full price are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code applied are eligible for store credit only.
To start a return, please contact our team via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories to qualify. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Distributor purchases: Products purchased through an ML-Star authorized distributor are governed by that distributor's own return and refund policy, not by the policy described above.
Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective device, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or repair under warranty. Non-returnable items: Lumina (our full-body light system) is a made-to-order, freight-delivered device and is not eligible for the standard 15-day return described above; any issues are covered under its manufacturer and lifetime warranty terms instead.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States): We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Lumina (Full-Body System): Due to its size and weight, Lumina ships via freight carrier and requires additional coordination for delivery. Our team will contact you directly after purchase to schedule delivery.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
International Shipping: Not currently available. We are working on expanding to international markets — check back or contact us for updates.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
